Hi, I’m Michelle Bhyat — founder of Anahata Holistic Wellness.
I’m a seeker of self-discovery, a lover of yoga and nature, and someone who has walked the winding, often challenging path to healing and balance.
For years, I lived with chronic lower back pain (from scoliosis), digestive issues, adrenal fatigue and fibromyalgia. I moved between doctors, specialists and treatments that often left me feeling exhausted, disheartened and still searching for answers.
Throughout it all, yoga and time in nature became my anchors — spaces where I could breathe, feel, and reconnect with myself.
After navigating years of physical pain, emotional strain and financial stress, I discovered a more holistic path to healing — one that went beyond symptom management and began addressing the root. Through this deeper, body-based approach, true transformation started to unfold.
Today, I live a more grounded, balanced and connected life — and I’m deeply passionate about supporting others on their own journey back to themselves.
My work weaves together TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), Fascia Trauma Release Massage, Reiki, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Cacao Ritual facilitation, and Energy Cleansing — creating a gentle, supportive space for release, regulation and reconnection.
