Each session is a quiet, meditative experience. You’ll lie comfortably, fully clothed, while the practitioner gently places their hands on or just above your body, moving intuitively through areas where energy may be imbalanced or stagnant.

There’s no need to "do" anything — simply breathe, receive, and rest.
