Treatment Options:

TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises)
TRE® is a gentle, body-based practice designed to activate the body’s natural tremor mechanism, helping to release deep muscular tension and stored stress. 

 

It supports the nervous system in discharging survival energy, allowing the body to return to a calmer, more regulated state.

 

Fascia Trauma Release (FTR) Massage
FTR Massage works with the body’s fascial network — the connective tissue that holds both physical and emotional imprints of experience. 

 

Through mindful, sustained touch, it helps to soften restrictions in the fascia, encouraging the release of stored tension and supporting greater ease and mobility in the body.

 

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where postures are held for longer periods to gently access the deeper layers of the body, including fascia and connective tissue. 

 

This stillness creates space for emotional awareness and nervous system regulation, inviting a quiet unwinding from within.

 

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle energy-healing practice that works by channelling universal life force energy through the practitioner to support balance and harmony in the body. 

 

It encourages deep relaxation, helping to ease energetic blockages and support the body’s natural healing processes.

 

Sound Healing
Sound Healing uses vibrational instruments such as singing bowls, chimes and drums to guide the nervous system into a deeply restorative state. 

 

The frequencies help shift brainwave activity, encouraging release, relaxation and a sense of energetic alignment.

 


Energy Cleansing

Energy Cleansing focuses on clearing stagnant or heavy energetic patterns that may accumulate due to stress, emotions, or external influences.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice often referred to as “yogic sleep,” where the body rests deeply while the mind remains aware.
