TRE® Somatic Session
During our session, we’ll explore the available modalities and work together to create the best plan for your healing journey. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable—this is your space, and you are in control.
I’m here to hold space and guide the process. These sessions can also serve as a peaceful opportunity to reconnect with your breath and yourself. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with taking some well-deserved “me time.”

Fascia Trauma Release Massage is a gentle, trauma-informed bodywork therapy that supports the release of stored tension, stress, and trauma held within the body’s connective tissue.

Using slow, mindful touch and sustained pressure, this treatment invites the nervous system into a state of safety, allowing the fascia to soften and unwind naturally—without force. The body is given time and space to release at its own pace.
