Service Description
TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is for anyone who feels stuck in stress, tension, overwhelm or disconnection in their body. It’s especially helpful for people who: *Feel anxious, burnt out or constantly “on edge” TRE® calms the nervous system and helps turn off fight-or-flight. *Carry stress in their body Tight shoulders, jaw, hips, back pain, headaches, digestive issues and fatigue often come from stored tension. *Have experienced trauma — big or small This includes accidents, illness, emotional neglect, relationship stress, bullying, medical trauma, or growing up in an unsafe or unpredictable environment. *Feel emotionally stuck or numb TRE® helps release what words can’t reach and reconnects you to feeling safe in your body again. *Struggle with sleep, overwhelm or nervous system dysregulation Many clients report deeper sleep, calmer moods and more resilience after TRE®. *Have tried talk therapy but still feel it in their body TRE® works at the body level, where trauma is stored — not just the mind. What does TRE® look like? TRE® is a gentle, body-led process — not a workout, not a performance and not something you have to “do right.” In a session, you’ll be guided through a series of simple, slow movements done lying down or seated. These lightly fatigue certain muscles (especially in the legs and hips), which invites the body’s natural tremor response to switch on. These tremors may look like: *Soft shaking or pulsing *Gentle waves through the body *Subtle vibrations in the legs, hips or belly *Or deeper rhythmic movements Every body tremors differently. Some people barely move at first. Others experience stronger waves of release. Both are completely normal. Once the tremors begin, you simply rest and allow the body to do the work. There is no forcing, no pushing and no emotional re-living. You stay fully aware, present and in control the whole time.


Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment To reserve your session, full payment is kindly required at the time of booking. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours’ notice before your session. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full session fee will be charged; no refund or credit can be offered. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your payment can be transferred to a new date within 2 weeks of your original booking (based on availability). 3. Late Arrivals To make the most of our time together, please arrive on time. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. I won't be able to extend the session or offer partial refunds for late arrivals. 4. Practitioner Cancellations In the rare case that I need to cancel or reschedule your session, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at a time that works for you. 5. No-Shows If you miss your session without letting me know, it will be considered a no-show, and the full fee will still apply. 6. Health & Safety Your well-being matters deeply. Please share any injuries, medical conditions, or special needs with me beforehand so I can support you safely and mindfully. All participation is at your own risk, and Anahata Holistic Wellness is not liable for any injuries sustained during the session.
