Service Description
Step away from the noise and demands of your day with a calming Yin Yoga session designed to help you release, reconnect, and recharge. Held in a small, intimate group setting, this 45-minute class offers the perfect midweek pause. Gently stretch, soften and slow down as you return to the rhythm of your breath and body. Whether you're navigating a busy workday or simply seeking a moment of stillness, this session invites you to reset your nervous system and restore your energy for the remainder of the week.

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment To reserve your session, full payment is kindly required at the time of booking. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours’ notice before your session. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full session fee will be charged; no refund or credit can be offered. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your payment can be transferred to a new date within 2 weeks of your original booking (based on availability). 3. Late Arrivals To make the most of our time together, please arrive on time. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. I won't be able to extend the session or offer partial refunds for late arrivals. 4. Practitioner Cancellations In the rare case that I need to cancel or reschedule your session, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at a time that works for you. 5. No-Shows If you miss your session without letting me know, it will be considered a no-show, and the full fee will still apply. 6. Health & Safety Your well-being matters deeply. Please share any injuries, medical conditions, or special needs with me beforehand so I can support you safely and mindfully. All participation is at your own risk, and Anahata Holistic Wellness is not liable for any injuries sustained during the session.
